An Electrified Monorail System ( EMS ) is a Track mounted individual moving Carriage System. Carriages are generally supplied with the Power and Control Units via Buss bar on the Track. The actual track is mounted on the roof or suspended through steel structure.

The EMS system is more flexible, efficient and faster than other transfer systems. Number of Hangers can be attached to the one EMS System and this shows the great use of the system to convey the load from one place to other. Tracks can be attached to other tracks and switch the travel from one track to mother, this can be done by different type of track switches. Because of low vibrations load can be transferred with low noise safely and quietly. Overall the EMS System is more reliable and low cost solution for transferring load from one place to other.
